🔹What You'll Be Doing

As part of on-boarding, preparing a short sales presentation (e.g. slides or visual walk-through) to demonstrate your understanding of the Zen Autopilot offer

✅Closing highly qualified, pre-booked demo calls via Google Meet

✅Reviewing and analysing all funnel

✅Working on our VSL, offer, and sales script as part of the recruitment process

✅Listening carefully to each prospect's goals and making honest recommendations

✅Using our CRM to update lead status and notes after each call

✅Providing feedback to improve the sales process and funnel

Your job is to help the right clients move forward — not to convince the wrong ones.

🔹What You Won't Be Doing

✅Cold calling or prospecting

✅Chasing unqualified leads

✅Hard selling or pushing deals that aren’t a fit

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅At least 2 years of sales experience with a strong record of closing deals

✅Native English speaker or indistinguishable accent

✅Calm, professional presence on Zoom/Meet calls

✅Fast, stable internet and a quiet space to work

✅Experience with GHL or spa/wellness clients is a plus, not a must

🔹Compensation

This is a commission-only role. We respect your time and aim to make every call count.

✅15% commission on Zen Flow plan ($297/month)

✅20% commission on Zen Elevate plan ($997/month)

✅25% commission on Zen Infinity plan ($2997 invite-only premium tier)

✅Paid monthly, with clear reporting and breakdowns

✅Top performers may be eligible for payout frequency upgrades over time

Most of your calls will close at Zen Elevate, meaning you earn ~$199 per close.
With 1–2 closes per day , top performers typically earn $2–4k/month in commission, depending on performance.
